DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the delivery address you gave us during the ordering process. For other destinations, contact us.

Sales are subject to indication of a potential delivery date; if the 30-day period is exceeded by more than 7 days, except in cases of force majeure, you have the option of canceling your order and getting a refund; you must then send us a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 60 working days from the expected delivery date. The sale will be considered canceled if delivery has not taken place before receipt of the letter by the seller.

ADOC Solutions cannot be held responsible for the modification and failure to respect these deadlines. An order cannot be canceled on the observation of non-compliance with delivery deadlines.

Your order is then reserved for 7 days. Beyond this period, without receipt of your payment, it will be canceled. The order will only be processed after bank validation.
